I graduated as a medical and sports massage therapist in 2015, and I have been working in the field ever since. Massage has been a part of my life since childhood, thanks to my grandmother, from whom I learned and absorbed so much. I have always wanted to help people in some way, so it was never a question that I would continue along this path.
For me, massage is not just a job or a hobby—it is a way of life. My goal is to introduce as many people as possible to its positive effects. Massage is not a luxury, but an essential need in our stressful everyday lives.
My main aim is that even if a guest spends just half an hour with me, they leave feeling that I have made their day better—because they received exactly what they needed in that moment, whether it is the release of muscle tension or simply the opportunity to talk through emotional challenges.
My motto: Massage is an art, like playing a musical instrument. When you compose on the body, you finely tune the soul.
